2. Freight Quotations & Rate Validity

All rate estimates and online quotations provided via this website, email, or official quotation sheets are subject to:

• Space and equipment availability at the time of carrier booking confirmation.
• Carrier bunker adjustments (BAF), currency fluctuations (CAF), peak season surcharges (PSS), and statutory port tariff changes.
• Verification of exact cargo dimensions, gross weights, hazardous classification (DG/IMO), and cargo readiness dates.

3. Shipper Documentation & Regulatory Compliance

The shipper/importer/exporter is responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and regulatory licenses required under Indian Customs regulations, ICEGATE filings, and international port laws.

4. Cargo Insurance & Liability

Unless explicitly contracted in writing with specific Marine Cargo Insurance policies, carriage and forwarding liability is governed by standard Indian and international carriage conventions (Hague-Visby Rules for Ocean Cargo, Montreal Convention for Air Freight, and the Carriage by Road Act for surface transport). Shippers are strongly advised to secure comprehensive all-risk cargo insurance.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All brand elements, logos, designs, text, and technical tools on this website are the intellectual property of LSKP Logistics Private Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, automated scraping, or malicious abuse of online quote mechanisms is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any commercial contract with LSKP Logistics Private Limited shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
